How it works
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
Many of my clients express confusion about health and wellness having been constantly bombarded by media stories, social media ‘experts’ and even professional recommendations about what to eat and when. I’ll work with you to block out the confusion and the white noise, helping you to find a path to health and wellness that best suits you and your lifestyle. In doing so, I’ll help empower you to make the best decisions for yourself and your body.
I don’t start with restrictions! My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. I don’t create lists of restricted or ‘good’ or ‘bad’ foods.
Instead, I work with you to teach you the medicinal power of eating real whole foods and in doing so crowding out processed and harmful products.
My focus is on the whole person and helping you to create a happy balanced life, focused on your health and your vitality. I focus on the importance of mindfulness, joy, movement and long-term life goals. Health is a place from which you can launch the life of your dreams.
Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. You’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
